Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain is pain that is generally felt in the lower abdomen, between the hips and above the pubic area, may also include the lower back. It could be acute or chronic, with chronic pain lasting for a duration of six months or even more.
There could be diverse causes that can involve
1.Gynaecological (like endometriosis, fibroids, cyst or pelvic inflammatory disease).
2.Urologic (like urinary tract infections),
3.Gastrointestinal (like irritable bowel syndrome),

Musculoskeletal issues (like nerve damage or fibromyalgia), affecting both men and women. Diagnosis relies on a clinical history and physical exam, and persistent or severe pain warrants medical evaluation.
